摘要
为了对我国现代烟草农业风险防范机制提供参考,运用波特的价值链理论,分析了我国2000-2009年烟草农业价值链上利益主体的收益情况,并秉着"谁受益,谁承担;谁有能力,谁承担"的原则,构建了贯穿于烟叶生产经营全过程的风险防范体系。
In order to provide a reference for risk prevention mechanism of modern tobacco agriculture in China, Using the value chain theory, the author analyzed the profits of the stakeholders in Chinese tobacco agricultural value chain from 2000 to 2009, and constructed the risk prevention mechanism throughout the whole process of tobacco production and management based on the principle of ＂the one bear the risks who gets the profits and has the abilities＂.
