摘要
为获得高效、稳定脱除垃圾恶臭的微生物,采用菌株的形态特征观察、生理生化特征测定和26SrDNA序列分析法对从城市生活垃圾填埋场腐败垃圾中分离到能降解恶臭成分中氨的菌株JZ-6进行鉴定,并分析了该菌的接种量、温度和pH值对JZ-6菌株的生长和降氨效果的影响,确定了最佳降氨条件。结果表明,JZ-6为酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae),在接种量为4%、pH5.0、温度30℃条件下,菌株长势最好,将其接种于氨浓度为100μg/mL的条件中,24h后对氨的去除率达到85%以上。
Strain JZ-6 with the efficient and stable capacity of ammonia degradation in municipal solid waste landfills was isolated and identified by morphological characteristics, biochemical character and 26SrDNA sequence analysis methods and the effects of inoculation amount, temperature and pH on ammonia degradation effect were studied. The results showed that strain JZ-6 belonged to accharomyces cerevisiae and the optimal condition for JZ-6 growth was 4% inoculation amount, 30℃ and pH5.0. The ammonia degradation rate could be more than 85% after 24 h when strain JZ-6 was inoculated in the ammonia water with 100 μg/mL concentration.
