摘要
为更好地体现和控制润燥止痒胶囊的质量,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定润燥止痒胶囊中二苯乙烯苷、大黄素和大黄素甲醚的含量。结果表明:二苯乙烯苷、大黄素和大黄素甲醚分别在0.420 16～4.201 6μg/g(r=0.999 9)、0.029 12～0.291 2μg/g(r=0.999 7)和0.011 664～0.116 64μg/g(r=0.999 7)呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.30%(RSD=1.68%)、97.84%(RSD=2.11%)和98.26%(RSD=1.89%),该法简捷、准确、重现性好。
HPLC was used in simultaneous determination of 2,3,5,4＇-tetera-hydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D ghcosid, emodin and physcion in Runzaozhiyang Capsules to preferably control and reflect the quality of Runzaozhiyang Capsules. The results showed that the calibration curves of 2, 3, 5, 4＇ tetera- hydroxystilbene- 2-O-β-D-glucosid, emodin and physcion was in good linearity over the ranges of 0.420 16-4. 201 6μg/g（r=0. 999 9）, 0.029 12-0. 291 2μg/g （r=0. 999 7）, 0.011 664-0. 116 64 μg/g （r=0.999 7） and the average recovery rate was 98. 30% （RSD=1. 68%）, 97.84% （RSD=-2. 11%）, 98.26O/oo （RSD=1. 89%） respectively. Therefore, the method is simple, feasible and reproducible.
