摘要
为了探明贵州鼠尾草中的黄酮类物质含量,为其合理开发和科学利用提供参考,采用超声辅助提取法和紫外可见分光光度法对其总黄酮含量进行测定。结果表明:贵州鼠尾草中的总黄酮含量为14.69%。因此,贵州鼠尾草中的黄酮类物质含量较丰富。
Abstract. The content of total flavonoids in S. cavaleriei was determined by ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry to provide a reference for its rational exploitation and scientific utilization. The results showed that the content o{ total flavonoids in S. cavaleriei was 14.69%. Consequently, the S. cavaleriei was of very abundant content of total flavonoids.
