摘要
随着我国高校新校区建设热潮的掀起,老校区如何更新建设的问题随之而来。老校区拥有资源和区位等优势,合理的对老校区进行定位,将会使高校和城市的发展获得双赢。文章分析老校区更新过程中会面临的新机遇,提出了基于文化产业的双赢更新模式,并以天津大学鞍山西道片区的更新设计为例,进一步阐述老校区更新的新理念、新趋势。
Following a mass of new college campuses construction, how to renovate the old campus becomes a new problem. The old campus always has advantages of resource and location. So defining the old campus reasonably will bring many benefits to the college and the city. The article analyses the new opportunity that old campus will meet in its renovation. It comes up with a both-win renovation model based on the culture industry. It takes the renovate design of Tianjin University Anshan West Road campus as example to state more new idea and new trends of old campus renovation.
