摘要
主要探讨了预处理过程对铜酞菁废水水质的影响 ,以及两级活性污泥法处理此种废水的可行性。结果表明 :预处理后 ,废水BOD5/CODCr由 0 16升至 0 5 0 ,可生化性大大增强 ;以邻苯二甲酸作为单一污染物 ,根据动力学模型解出的一级反应槽水力停留时间与试验值基本一致 ;使用两级活性污泥法处理铜酞菁废水 ,可使废水中的Cu2 +、NH3 N、CODCr。
The influence of pretreatment process on copper phthalocyanine wastewater and the feasibility of treating the wastewater by twostage activatedsludge process are discussed.The BOD 5/COD Cr ratio of wastewater increases from 0.16 to 0.50,indicating that the biodegradability of wastewater has been strongly improved after pretreatment. According to kinetic model, the hydraulic retention time of the firststage reactor is generally consistent with the experimental value when phthalic acid is considered the only pollutant. The value of Cu 2+ ,NH 3N,COD Cr ,BOD 5 can attain the firststage effluentquality standard in P.R China after twostage activatedsludge process.
