摘要
中国对美直接投资(FDI)在近几年呈现加速增长的态势,未来投资前景一片光明。然而,中国企业通过FDI走进美国市场的道路却十分坎坷。本文通过对中国企业在美直接投资特点的归纳,发现并深入探究中国企业在美国遇到的投资障碍。最后,针对上述问题提出减少投资壁垒的对策和建议。
With the accelerating growth of foreign direct investment（FDI） made by China in the United States, people has a good prospect for the future development. However, there still exist serious barriers for Chinese enterprises to directly invest in the United States. This article summarizes the basic characteristics as well as the mainly obstacles of FDI made by China in the United States, and then comes up with some relatively solutions and advice to eliminate the obstacles as much as possible.
