图书的网络口碑营销策略研究 被引量:12

摘要 图书网络口碑营销是通过电子商务网站的虚拟社会和博客等进行的口碑营销,具有传播速度快、覆盖范围广、成本低、易搜寻等优势,是图书营销的有效途径。为有效提高读者的网络口碑发布和传播行为,本文从传播者识别、外部激励、口碑话题设计、积极参与口碑传播和追踪口碑等几个方面,提出了图书网络口碑营销的策略。
