摘要 在分析了自动化立体仓库网络控制系统的基础上,设计了结合分布式特征与现场总线技术优点的堆垛机网络架构。首先,从网络通信协议入手,建立了通信协议分层结构模型,依据形式化设计流程实现了物流设备控制系统通信协议的非形式化规格。然后,通过建立物流设备控制系统通信协议的有限状态机(FSM)模型对该非形式化规格进行转换,得出通信协议的FSM模型的状态转移函数所表示的输入事件与状态转移之间的关系,并采用协议形式化验证中的不变性分析技术对通信协议的FSM进行了验证说明。最后,基于西门子公司SCALANCE W的无线通信方案设计了自动化立体仓库无线网络控制系统,解决了堆垛机移动接入点和控制中心通信的诸多问题,并在某大型散货自动化立体仓库得到了实际验证。 In this paper, a framework of communication network of stacker crane is designed which features both the distributive characteristics and advantages of field buses based on the analysis of network system of automatic high-rise warehouse. The hierarchical structural model of communication protocol is firstly established. The informal specification of communication protocol of logistic facilities is realized according to the formal design flow chart and then is converted to the relation of input event and state transfer function which is expressed with state transfer function of communication protocol FSM model. The invariation analysis method used in formal validation of protocol is employed to explain the communication protocol FSM. Lastly, a wireless network system of automatic high-rise warehouse is designed and implemented with the ba- sis of Simens SCALANCE W which is proved to be a good solution for the communication between the stacker crane and control center through practical use in a large scale bulk cargo automatic high rise warehouses.
