摘要
根据某型动臂塔式起重机的细长型起重臂结构特点,采用多体动力学方法,建立了刚柔耦合模型,对大仰角、最大吊重突然卸载进行了动力学仿真计算,获得了起重机在冲击载荷作用下的系统动态响应,建立了吊重与缓冲器缓冲力之间的近似关系,并对冲击作用下起重臂弹性振动产生的惯性力进行分析,探讨了惯性载荷对整机结构强度的影响,为细长桁架臂的结构设计提供参考。
Based on structure characteristics of the slender crane boom for certain tower crane with luffing boom, the multi-body dynamic method is used to build the rigid-flexible coupling model. The dynamic simulation calculation is performed for sudden unloading of high elevation angle and maximum load, working out the system dynamic response of cranes under the impact load. The approximate rdation between hoisting load and buffering force of the buffer is established for analysis of the inertia force generated by elastic vibration of the boom under the action of impact. Furthermore, the effect of inertia load on the whole-machine structural strength is discussed. The paper provides reference for structural design of slender truss boom.
