吸附净化低浓度苯类废气的实验研究

摘要 探讨了用活性碳吸附低浓度苯类废气时 ,空塔气速和气流在吸附的接触时间对吸附过程的影响 ;研究了活性在已经吸附若干质量的苯类物质以后的吸附性能。据此绘制了空塔气速—吸附效率和活性炭含苯率—吸附效率等关系曲线。研究表明 :使用活性炭可以有效地净化低浓度苯类废气。 This paper investigated the influence of gas flow velocity in empty tower and the contact time of gas with adsorbed layer in the adsorption process.it also studied the adsorptivity of active carbon on which some of benzene hydrocarbon has benn absorbed.According to the experiences the relationship curves of empty tower gas velocity vs adsorption efficiency and the preportion of benzene contained vs adsorption efficiency have been drawn.It is shown that the waste gas containing low concentration of benzene hydrocarbon can be pruified efficiently with active carbon.
