摘要
利用实验室常用的标准样品(IAEA N-1和IAEA N-2,全氮含量为21.21%),建立了质谱接收信号与样品全氮含量的函数关系.通过硝酸钾、亚硝酸钠和尿素分析纯样品的分析,证实此函数适合不同形态氮样品全氮含量的计算.与凯氏蒸馏法的对比显示,对于植物和沉积物样品两种方法的测试结果不存在明显系统偏差,其数据可以相互比对.利用EA-MS分析全氮含量的方法,将有利于节约费用,尤其有利于珍贵的少量样品氮同位素与含量的同时测定.
Total Nitrogen (TN) can be obtained from nitrogen isotope ratio (15N/14N) meas- ured through EA-MS, although EA-MS was mainly designed for the measurement of nitrogen isotope ratio. Using Nitrate standards of known nitrogen contents (i. e. IAEA N-1 and IAEA N-2 to(TN) = 21.21% ), the function between nitrogen content and signal recorded by EA-MS was constructed. With the measuring of KNO3, NaNO2 and Urea, it was confirmed that this function was suitable for analyzing normal forms of nitrogen (NH4 + , NO3 - , NO2 - ). Both EA-MS system and Kjeldahl method produced consistent results for plant and sediment samples. It shows the EA-MS method for TN was reliable. Using this method, will reduce the analysis cost, and it is very useful for trace samples.
