猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征病毒延边地区地方株的分离鉴定 被引量:4

摘要 为弄清猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征(PRRS)发病机理及研制PRRSV本地弱毒疫苗和基因工程疫苗,预防和控制PRRS的发生,进行了PRRSV病毒本地株分离试验。采用细胞分离培养、理化特性与血液凝集试验等方法,成功分离了1株PRRSV,命名为YB-0605株。PRRSV的结构蛋白GP4、GP5和M都能刺激机体产生免疫应答,在机体的抗病毒免疫中发挥不同的作用。研究结果为PRRS流行病学丰富了数据库,同时为研究PRRSV变异规律提供了有益的参考数据。
