高CO_2浓度条件下小麦、大豆对土壤水分胁迫的响应 被引量:8

The response of winter wheat and soybean to drought stress under the increased CO_2 concentration

摘要 通过试验研究了在高CO2 浓度 ( 70 0× 1 0 - 6)条件下 ,土壤水分胁迫对小麦和大豆的影响 .结果表明 :CO2 浓度升高可缓解土壤水分亏缺对大豆和小麦的伤害 .CO2 浓度升高和干旱胁迫均使叶片气孔阻力增大 ,蒸腾速率下降 .高CO2 浓度条件下 ,出现干旱胁迫时 ,蒸腾速率下降幅度更大 ,因而减少水分损失 ,提高叶片和整个植株的水势 ,增强耐旱能力 ;CO2 浓度上升使大豆和小麦积累了更多生物产量 ,补偿了干旱胁迫带来的损失 ,提高了水分利用率 ;CO2 浓度升高和干旱胁迫有利于小麦和大豆叶片硫、锌和铁的积累 . The impact on wheat and soybean under the condition of increased CO 2 concentration was studied through the experiments. The result showed that by increasing CO 2 concentration (700×10 -6 ) the damage of drought stress (30%—40% of soil water capacity) on soybean and wheat could be relaxed. With the in crease of CO 2 concentration and drought stress, the leaf stoma resistance increase and transpiration rate decrease. Under the high CO 2 concentration, the transpiration rate decreased vabidly when the drought appeared. Therefore, it raises the water loss and increases the water potential for leaves and plants increased, and the drought\|resistant ability strengthened. The increasing of CO 2 concentration may make soybean and wheat accumulate more bio\|yield, and compensate yield loss caused by drought stress and improve water efficiency. Increasing CO 2 concentration is beneficial to wheat and soybean for the accumulating of sulphur, zinc and iron.
