摘要
档案纸是指具有高度耐久性和耐用性的一类纸张,新开发的耐久性档案纸在纸浆中添加了一定量的溶解浆或棉浆,碳酸钙加填,并采用AKD中性施胶,讨论了棉浆或溶解浆配用量对档案纸性能的影响。结果表明:棉浆或溶解浆配针叶浆生产档案纸具有优良的特性,棉浆或溶解浆比例增大,档案纸耐久性提高。溶解浆配针叶浆比例在15%,档案纸撕裂度在1202mN,耐折度960次,水抽提pH值8.5,碱保留量1.13mol/kg,卡伯值1.50。档案纸经(105±2)℃、72h(自然25年)干热加速老化后,各项指标符合国家标准。
The archival papers have high durability and high service life. They were prepared by adding cotton pulp and dissolving pulp with softwood pulp as raw materials, calcium carbonate as filler, AKD as sizing agent. Effect of cotton pulp and dissolving pulp composed with softwood pulp on paper properties were discussed. The results show that cotton pulp and dissolving pulp can highly improve the durability of archival paper. The physical properties of archival paper will be accordance with the state standards, when dissolving pulp is added 15%, with the archival paper having the physical properties of tearing strength 1202Nm, folding endurance 960 times, pH 8.5 and alkali retention 1.13 mol/kg.
