阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺离子度测定方法的研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用胶体滴定法测定阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的阳离子度,并对常温条件下,试样pH值、试样浓度、指示剂用量、滴定速度对测定结果准确性的影响进行了研究。实验结果表明:采用胶体滴定法时,pH值选择2~4,溶液浓度在0.1%~0.2%,指示剂用量3~4滴,滴定速度约为0.025ml/s,滴定终点容易判断,准确性较高;同时,用颗粒自动电荷测定仪(PCD)辅助测定阳离子度,在阳离子度较高时其准确性也较高,且准确性不受pH值影响。 The colloidal titration was used to measure the cationic degree of cationic polyacrylamide. At room temperature, the influences of pH value, the concentration of cationic polyacrylamide, dosage of indicator, the speed of titration on the accuracy of determination were investigated. The results show that the determination is accurate under the following conditions: pH value 2-4, the sample concentration 0.1%-0.2%, dosage of indicator 3-4 drips and the rate of titration 25μL/ s. Under these optimum conditions, the endpoint of titration is easily read with more accurate measuring results. Moreover, the cationic degree of cationic polyacrylamide can be supplementarily determined with particle charge detector, the results are more accurate at higher cationic degree, and insusceptible with pH value.
