摘要
目的考察氨基葡萄糖与硫酸软骨素复合片的抗炎与镇痛作用。方法以大鼠为试验动物进行慢性炎症试验。SD大鼠50只,在无菌条件下,将灭菌棉球,植入大鼠两侧腹股沟皮下。术后动物随机分为5组,每组10只,分别为正常对照组、阿司匹林阳性药物组、氨基葡萄糖与硫酸软骨素复合片低剂量组,中剂量组,高剂量组三个受试物剂量组。连续给药30d,断颈处死动物,摘出棉球与肉芽组织,评价氨基葡萄糖与硫酸软骨素复合片抗慢性炎症作用。ICR小鼠60只,随机分为5组,每组12只,正常对照组、阿司匹林阳性药物组、氨基葡萄糖与硫酸软骨素复合片低剂量组,中剂量组,高剂量组,三个受试物剂量组。连续给药28d。在给药第二十八天,各组动物均腹腔注射0.6%醋酸溶液0.12ml/g,记录15min内小鼠"扭体"发生率及发生次数。结果大鼠肉芽肿实验结果显示各给药组与正常组相比,能明显抑制大鼠肉芽肿(P<0.01)。与阿司匹林阳性药物组比较,氨基葡萄糖与硫酸软骨素复合片各给药组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。醋酸致小鼠扭体实验结果显示各给药组均有镇痛作用,与正常对照组比较,对扭体反应有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论氨基葡萄糖和硫酸软骨素复合片具有抗慢性炎症作用;对醋酸致小鼠扭体反应,则减少了扭体次数,具有镇痛作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of glucosamine and chondroitin suliate tablets as anti- In- flammatory analgesic. Methods Chose rats as test animals for chronic inflammation test. SD rats 50, under sterile conditions, to be sterilized cotton bails, implanted in rat subcutaneous inguinal on both sides. Rats were randomly divided into 5 group srespectively, each group of 10, as the normal control group, aspirin group, positive drug glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate composite tablets of three tested dose group of low dosage group, middle dose group, high dose group. After been administered continuously for 30days, rats were removed cotton and granulation tissue, evaluate the effect of anti chronic inflammation of glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate composite tablets. ICR mice 60, devided into 5 groups respectively , each group of 12, as the normal control group, aspirin group, positive drug glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate composite tablets of of three tested dose group low dosage group, middle dose group, high dose group. After been administered for twenty- eighth days, each mouse received intraperitoneal injection of 0.60% acetic acid solution of 0.12ml/g, "he recorded "writhing" incidence and frequency of occurrence in 15 min. Results Granuloma in rats with experimental results show that compared with normal group, each group could obviously inhibit the granuloma in rats(P〈0.01). Compared with positive drug group aspirin, each group of glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate composite tablets had no significant difference(P〈0. 05). Compared with the normal controls, acetic acid - induced writhing experimental results show each group had analgesic effects, the writhing reaction was inhibited(P〈0.05) . Conclusions Glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate tabletss have anti- chronic inflammation; reduce the writhing times on acetic acid- induced writhing response in mice, have analgesic effect.
