川崎病急性期患儿外周血CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+T细胞水平的改变及其临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨T调节细胞在川崎病临床过程中的作用以及免疫失调与川崎病发病机制的关系。方法分别于急性期与亚急性期采集18例KD患者外周静脉血,流式细胞技术检测T细胞中CD4、CD25与Foxp3的表达情况。结果亚急性期CD4+CD25highFoxp3+T细胞的百分比较急性期明显升高(1.11±1.21)%vs(0.54±0.55)%,P<0.05,尽管CD4+CD25lowFoxp3+T细胞与CD4+CD25+Foxp3+T细胞的水平变化轻微,但是CD4+CD25+Foxp3-T细胞在亚急性期的水平明显低于急性期(2.86±1.85)%vs(5.74±5.79)%,P<0.05。因此CD25highFoxp3+T细胞与CD25+Foxp3-T细胞的比率在亚急性期的水平明显高于急性期(0.46±0.55)%vs(0.12±0.12)%,P<0.05。结论 CD4+CD25highFoxp3+T细胞的减少和/或CD25highFoxp3+T细胞与CD25+Foxp3-T细胞的比率失衡在KD的发病过程中扮演重要角色,由于所有患者均接受了丙种球蛋白的治疗,CD4+CD25+Foxp3+T细胞的恢复可能是IVIG治疗KD的作用靶点。
