摘要
咳嗽是肺系疾病的主要症状之一,临床较为多见。咳嗽病因多端,五脏病变皆可致咳。早在《素问》中就有阐述,但阐述欠详,更未涉及方药,后世医家在此基础上续有阐述和发挥。医者不能见咳止咳,当结合临床具体见症治疗。朱佳教授为江苏中医肺系主任委员,诊疗咳嗽经验丰富,文章择其验案五则进行分析,以期达到对中医理论继承与发展之效。
The cough is one of cardinal symptoms of lung disease, common disease. Doctor has certain treatment experience to this disease. But as the saying goes ＇the cough is Doctor＇s enemy＇, explained that the cough was also complex. Cough can caused by many ways, the disorders of the five zang-organs can also lead to cough. Plain questions has the elaboration, but owes detailed, has not involved medicine. The latter those who have practised Chinese medicine for generations based on this following has the elaboration and the display. Therefore docotors cannot only relieve cough, whereas treat disease according to clinical syndrome. Professor ZHU Jia is chairman of lung disease committee of Jiangsu province, who has rich clinical experiences and whose theory possesses certain representative. The paper selected five clinical records to analyse and aim to the target of inheriting and developing TCM theory.
