摘要
温病以祛邪为治疗的关键,在祛邪过程中要特别注意使邪能外透。热象偏重是温病主要特点,清热祛邪是其大法,辛味药物似应少用,然温病方中却以辛味药物与其它药物巧妙配伍,针对温病之热常有"郁"的特点,使其祛邪开郁、透邪外达之功具事半功倍效果。
Excessive heat was the main feature of febrile disease, and heat-clearing and evil factor dispelling was the basic treatment principle. It seemed that less acrid herbs should be used on febrile disease, while acrid drugs combined with other drugs played a different role in febrile prescription which made it achieve multiplier effect.
