摘要
目的:观察皮质激素治疗带状疱疹神经痛的疗效及副反应发生情况。方法:2009年1月至2010年11月门诊的96例带状疱疹患者,随机分为常规治疗组和常规治疗加皮质激素治疗组,观察止痛效果和副反应发生情况。结果:常规治疗组总有效率为79.6%;常规治疗加皮质激素治疗组总有效率为93.6%。两组患者治疗中均无不良反应发生。结论:采用常规治疗的同时小剂量短期使用皮质激素,能更快、更有效地缓解神经痛症状。
Objective： To observe the efficacy and the occurrence of side effects of corticosteroids in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Method： Ninety six cases with zoster from Jan. 2009 to Nov. 2012 in the out-patient department were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group and the group of conventional treatment plus corticosteroids to observe analgesic efficacy and the occurrence of side effect. Result： The conventional treatment group had the total efficacy rate of 79.6%. The group of conventional treatment plus corticosteroids had total efficacy rate of 93.6%. Both groups had no occurrence of side effect. Conclusion; While using converttional treatment, the use of low-dose corticosteroids in short-time can relieve neuropathic pain quickly and effectively.
