摘要
分析了一些炼油厂污水处理场废渣量大、难处理、废渣脱水效果差和焚烧最终处理费用高等问题 ,对池底油泥、浮渣和剩余活性污泥三种废渣分别提出了减污措施 ,确定了按质分流收集、脱水处理和资源化方案 ,并论证了用炼油厂延迟焦化装置的焦碳塔直接回炼脱水浮渣及油泥以取代焚烧处理法的可行性和工业化试验结果。
The problems of waste sludge in waste water treatment plant of refinery,including large volume,difficult treatment,poor dehydration and higher cost of incineration etc,are analyzed in this paper Decreasing pollutants methods of oily sludge in the bottom of the floating pool,scum and residual activated sludge are also pointed out respectively Then the plan of waste sludge disposal was determined, by means of composition dividing,collecting,dewatering,and resource utilization etc At last,the feasibility and commercial test results using coking tower in delay coking plant to treat dewatered scum and oily sludge are discussed
