摘要
根据界面聚合反应原理研究了制备 NF- TFC膜反应成膜的规律性 ,重点讨论了一些反应条件和界面聚合反应与膜性能的相关性。结果表明 ,沥干时间、聚合反应时间、后处理温度对该聚合反应有显著影响 ,进而影响到膜的脱盐率及水通量。水相浸渍时间对反应影响不大 ,生成的膜性能基本不变。这些结果说明了界面聚合反应的规律和生成膜的分离性能的变化规律基本一致。
The rules to form NF-TFC membranes were studied according to principles of interfacial polymerization. The interaction between the performance of NF-TFC membranes and some interfacial polymerization factors were investigated. The experiment results showed that the draining time, the polymerization time and the post-treatment temperature exerted influence on the flux and salt rejection of membranes by affecting the interfacial polymerization while the immersion time did not have a clear influence on them. These results proved that there were some interrelation between the rules of interfacial polymerization and the performance of membranes.
