摘要
用坩埚预烧,钨粉、锡粒作助熔,高频感应-红外碳硫仪吸收法测定SWRH82B钢中的碳硫含量,对氧气纯度、助熔剂、坩埚、设备等因素对分析结果的影响进行了探讨。该方法用于SWRH82B标准样品的分析,测定结果与认定值一致,碳硫分析误差小,分析结果稳定、准确、快速。
With crucible to preheat, tungsten powder and tin particle as flux, the carbon and sulphur contents in SWRH82B steel are determined with high frequency induction plus infrared absorption. It is discussed the influence on analysis result from oxygen purity, flux, crucible and equipments. This method is applied to an- alyze the standard sample of SWRH82B, the determined value is in accordance with certified one, with small error and fast, steady and accurate.
