摘要
针对超声波直探头在棒材皮下检测有一定盲区,无法确认占报警比例非常高的横波报警缺陷的真实性,自制了手工斜探头。利用这种手工超声波斜探头可以沿棒材周向准确检测皮下缺陷,用金相分析法对检测缺陷作了进一步分析,提高了棒材的探伤合格率。
There is a dead checking zone beneath the surface of bar steel lor straight ultrasonic probe, so it can not determine if a transverse wave alert, type of which occupies a high rate in all alert, are a real defect. To solve the problem one kind of manual oblique probe is developed. With it the check along the circle of bar steel can be done and the defects beneath the surface of bar can be checked out, companied with a further a- nalysis using metallographic analysis, the qualified ratio of flaw detection of bar increased.
