摘要
球团矿质量的好坏对高炉炉况顺行有很大影响。对邢钢球团生产常用铁矿粉进行球团性能的试验研究,在此基础上,设计球团优化配矿方案,寻找合理的配矿方案并进行竖炉球团生产实践。分析球团性能检测结果认为:各单种铁矿粉的球团性能存在很大差异,通过优化球团配矿能够达到改善球团矿性能的目的,为提高球团矿质量奠定了理论基础和技术依据。
The quality of pellet would affect greatly the condition of blast furnace. It is done the pellet per- formance test and research to the normal - used iron ore powder in pellet production of Xingtai. Based on that the programs of optimized ore proportioning for pellet are designed, reasonable program is found out and put into shaft furnace pellet production. It is considered upon the analysis of result of pellet performance examina- tion that for the large difference between various kinds of iron ore powder the performance of pellet can be improved with optimization of ore proportioning of pellet. All those lay a theoretical base and technical reli- ance for improvement of pellet quality.
