摘要
网球运动主要是以短时间的高强度的对抗为主,间杂着一些短时间的休息调整,涉及很多肌肉群,几乎没有任何其他运动与其相似。针对这项具有特殊生理特性的运动,如何建立其能量系统的专门训练,是十分复杂的,而且是十分重要的。通过对网球比赛中三大能量供应系统特征的分析,尝试为运动员指明体能训练的方向。
Tennis is a sport which consists of highly intense confrontation in a short time with some breaks. It involves a lot of muscle groups and it has nearly no similarity to any other sports. It is complicated and important to construct a special training in energy system as a result of the special physiological character- istics of this sport. The features of the three energy supply systems in tennis matches were analyzed and a new thought in physical training for players was put forward.
