摘要
由于大位移井和水平井井眼轨迹水垂比较大,容易产生大扭矩、高摩阻等难点,导致埕海油田使用常规钻具组合技术时井眼轨迹控制差、机械钻速低、建井周期长。因此,为了提高机械钻速、降低钻井成本,埕海油田在311.1mm和215.9mm井眼中大量采用随钻导向钻井技术,即PDC钻头+导向马达+MWD钻具组合钻井技术。对该技术的提速机理进行了简要介绍,通过对实钻资料分析表明,在埕海油田一区和二区2个区块完钻井的相同井段该技术比其他钻具组合技术取得更高的机械钻速,提速效果显著,建议在埕海油田大规模推广该技术。
Because the large proportion of horizontal and vertical displacement of trajectory of horehole easily lead high-torque, high friction and others difficulties in the large displacement wells and horizontal wells, which resulted in bad trajectory of borehole, low ROP and long construction cycle when convention- al BHA drilling technology was used in the Chenghai oilfield. Therefore, in order to improve ROP and reduce drilling costs, the Chenghai oilfield had increasingly used the steering technolo- gy while drilling in the 311. lmm and 215. 9mm boreholes, namely, PDC bits + steering motor + the MWD BHA drilling technology. This paper had a brief introduction to the speeding theory of the technology. Through the analysis of the drilling da- ta, this technology has achieved a higher ROP than others in the same size boreholes of the Chenghai oilfield first and second blocks. The speed effect is significantly conspicuous. It is advis- able to use this technology proposed in more wells of the Changhal oilfield.
