摘要
在大田条件下,以新稻19号和新稻20号为材料,研究了不同施氮量对其穗部性状和品质的影响。结果表明,随着施氮量的增加,水稻穗粒数、结实率和单穗质量呈减小趋势;表现为无氮肥处理最大,其他氮肥处理间差异较小;充实度表现为随施氮量增加呈先增加后减小的趋势。氮肥对稻米加工品质影响较小,对稻米的外观品质影响较大,过低或过高的氮肥施用,垩白粒率和垩白度均增加,适当增施氮肥有利于垩白粒率和垩白度的降低,从而有利于稻米品质的改善。
A field experiment with xindao 19 and xindao 20 was carried out in 2011 on the farm of Xinxiang academy of agricultural sciences Henan province, China. Effects of N on the rice panicle characteristics and quality were studied. The results showed that grain per panicle, seed-setting rate and weight per panicle declined as N fertilizer application increasing. 1000-grain weight was the biggest at no N level, which of other different N levels was small difference. The plumpness of grain showed increase firstly, then de- clined as N fertilizer application increasing. The effects of N on the rice milled quality was smaller, and on the appearance quality was bigger. It indicated that chalky rice rate and chalkiness all increased when exceeding low or exorbitant N fertilizer using. Chalky rice rate and chalkiness declined by N using increased properly and rice quality would be improved.
