摘要
对晋大78号种子进行60Co辐射处理,以后代M3代为材料,进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检测和分析,结果显示:晋大78及诱变后代贮藏蛋白亚基的组成基本相同,但是各亚基相对含量变异较大,变异系数均大于10%,变异类型丰富;11S/7S与11S球蛋白呈极显著正相关,11S与7S球蛋白呈显著负相关(r=-0.109,P<0.05),根据11S/7S的比值将诱变后代群体分为比值高(>2.6)、比值较高(2.0~2.6)、比值中等(1.0~2.0)以及比值低等(<1.0)4类,为选育11S/7S高的大豆品种提供理论基础和实践依据。
Jinda-78 had been irradiated by 60Co-ray,and their descendants M3 were selected as test materials, he band pictures of the fractions of their storage proteins were got with SDS-PAGE electrophoresis.The results showed that subunit compositions of soybean storage protein for parents and hybrid progenies were basically the same, but there was significant variations in the subunit content for different line.The significant negative correlation between 11S globulin and 7S globulin was observed at 0.02 level. The content of 1 IS negatively correlated with that of 7S, and positively correlated with 11S/7S.Cluster analysis showed the mutants were divided into four groups (average 11S/7S rate 〉2.6,2.0~2.6, 1.0~2.0 and〈1.0)aeeording to the rate of 11S/7S. The results provide a basis to improve soybean protein quality and breed high quality variety.
