摘要
在水溶液中以L-半胱氨酸(L-Cys)为还原剂和稳定剂制备了具有一定荧光性能的金纳米团簇(L-Cys-AuNCs),并对其结构及荧光性能进行表征。研究发现Cu2+对L-Cys-AuNCs的荧光强度有特殊的响应,基于此建立了一种快捷方便的痕量铜离子的检测方法。考察了L-Cys与金盐摩尔比、溶液pH、反应时间和温度等因素对测定的影响。结果表明,在最优实验条件下,L-Cys-AuNCs的荧光强度与Cu2+的浓度呈良好的线性关系,当Cu2+浓度范围为10-6~10-4mol·L-1时,L-Cys-AuNCs的荧光强度与Cu2+浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为F=-67.541c+703.02(R=0.995)。该方法成功地应用于水样中铜离子的检测。
In this paper, a series of fluorescent gold L-cysteine as capped agent. The fluorescence and structure nanoclusters (L-Cys-AuNCs) were prepared using of the prepared L-Cys-AuNCs were also character- ized. It was found that the fluorescence intensity of L-Cys-AuNCs could be quenched sensitively in the pres- ence of Cu2+ ions. Therefore, the AuNCs based fluorescent probe was reported for the rapid and selective detec- tion of Cu2+ ions. Potential factors affecting the performance of the probe for the detection of Cu2+ ions were carefully optimized, including the pH value, molar ration of L-cysteine to Au, reaction time and temperature. Under optimal condition, the developed fluorescent method gaves a linear range of 10-6-10-4 mol-L-1. The linear equation is F = - 67.541c +703.02 (R=0.995). The developed method was successfully applied into real sample determination.
