摘要
采用显微图像分析方法,对撑绿杂交竹主要解剖特征进行研究,为提高建筑用丛生竹资源高附加值加工利用水平提供依据。结果表明,撑绿杂交竹组织比量薄壁细胞、纤维、导管和筛管比量分别为55.8%、37.8%、5.6%和3.6%,维管束径向直径、弦向直径及密度的平均值分别为778.445μm、700.162μm和1.512个.mm-2,纤维长度、宽度、腔径、双壁厚、长宽比、壁腔比及腔径比的平均值分别为1 673.993μm、15.364μm、5.811μm、9.552μm、109.104、2.230和0.367。
In order to improve the level of high value-added processing and utilizing for sympodial bamboo, the main anatomical characteristics of B. pervariadilis × D. daii have been studied with the microscopic image analysis method. The results show that the parenchyma cell, fiber, vessel and sieve tube are 55.8%, 37.8%, 5.6% and 3.6%, respectively. The radial width, tangential width and frequency of vascular bundle are 778.445 μm, 700.162 μm and 1.512 individual.ram-2, respectively. The average values of fiber length, width, lumen diameter, double-wall thickness, length-width ratio, double wall thickness-lumen diameter ratio and lumen diameter-width ratio are 1 673.993 μm, 15.364 μm, 5.811 μm, 9.552 μm, 109.104, 2.230 and 0.367, respectively.
