摘要 根据渤海油田SZ36-1区块注聚井现状和注聚井的堵塞机理,使用4种酸液体系对取得的岩粉和垢样进行实验,优选出了适合该储层的酸液类型和酸液浓度。通过降解聚合物实验,优选出氧化剂。将酸液和氧化剂结合得到深部解堵剂配方,岩心流动实验表明该复合解堵剂对注聚井的堵塞具有较强的解堵作用,丰富了海上油田注聚井解堵增注措施类型。 According to status quo and plugging mechanism of polymer injection well in Bohai oilfield SZ36-1 tract, the rock flour and encrustation sample collected were dissolved by four acid systems. Based on the test results, the acid type and acid concentration suited for the reservoir were optimized, and the oxidant was also optimized by degradation experiment of polymers. The deep blocking remover formulation was obtained by the combination of acid and oxidant. The core flow experiments showed that the blocking remover could resolve the plugging of polymer injection well.
