摘要
单向托辊是防止带式输送机逆转、下滑的重要装置。通过分析传统单向装置特性,设计了一种结构小巧的纯机械式单向装置,并对其进行了力学与结构分析,证实了其结构的可靠性,彻底解决了传统单向装置的弊端。
Single-track roller is an important device to prevent reverse and decline of belt conveyor. Through the analysis characteristics of the traditional single device, design a kind of small mechanical single-track device, and analyses the mechanics and structure, proved its structure reliability, and resolve the disadvantages of the traditional single-track device.
