摘要
采用西门子S7-200系列可编程控制器(PLC)对T68卧式镗床的控制系统进行技术改造,设计了镗床的主电路图、PLC的I/O端子接线图和梯形图程序。实践证明改造后的T68卧式镗床在实际生产中运行稳定,生产效率大大提高。
T68 horizontal boring machine electrical control system transformation using SEMENS S7-2UU series programmable logic controller （PLC）, design main circuit of boring machine and PLC I/O terminals wiring diagram, and drawing ladder diagram program. Practice has proved that T68 horizontal boring machine control system in the actual production run stable, greatly improved production efficiency.
