摘要
从理论和实践角度分析了刮板输送机刮板链的主要故障以及故障发生的原因,针对故障原因提出了制造工艺技术改进措施,同时提出了刮板输送机在使用方面和维护方面的改进措施,为提高刮板输送机的可靠性提供了依据。
This paper analyzes major fault and fault cause of scraper conveyor scraper chain from perspective of theory and practice. Proposed for improvement measures of manufacturing process technology aiming at failure reasons, and puts forward improvement measure in use and maintenance of scraper conveyor, provided basis for improving reliability of scraper conveyer.
