摘要
通过控尘装置的设计以及除尘系统配套参数的合理匹配,在距工作面一定距离建立阻挡粉尘向后扩散的气幕,使粉尘最大可能地进入除尘器;通过高效湿式除尘器的设计,对进入除尘器的含尘气流进行有效处理,排出清洁空气。
This paper attempts to rely on design of the control dust device and parameters of reasonable match in dust system. It must be bulid air screen in front of area work of boring machine driver that to outside spread of dust, so that as far as possible enter into dust device. The dust entering air filter been effective treated through high efficiency wet scrubber and discharge clean air.
