摘要
研究典型轴套零件的车铣复合加工工艺,选用HTC2050Z车铣中心为该零件加工机床,选择定位基准,合理编制复合加工工艺方案,保证零件的加工精度,缩短工艺尺寸链,提高生产效率,大大降低成本。
Typical sleeve parts the parts machine tools. Select milling machining process. The selection HTC2050Z milling center for positioning benchmark, reasonable preparation of composite program to ensure the machining accuracy. Shorten the process dimension chain, improve efficiency and greatly reduce costs.
