摘要
耙矿绞车传动机构采用2K-H型行星齿轮传动机构。运用力学的基本分析方法对2K-H型行星齿轮传动机构4种类型中各个活动构件进行力学分析,力学分析方程均为线性方程组,易于力学分析的模块化、自动化和可视化,为耙矿绞车行星齿轮传动机构的创新设计与分析提供了一些思路。
The transmission mechanism of scraper winch is a 2K-H planetary gear transmission mechanism.The basic analysis method of mechanics is introduced to carry through the mechanics analysis on every active link of the 2K-H planetary gear transmission mechanism which includes four types.The equations of mechanics analysis are linear,which is easy to modularize,automatise and visualize.Thus,some ideas are provided to innovatively design and analyse the transmission of planetary gear in scraper winch.
