摘要
利用三维设计软件Pro/E对EBZ260掘进机的重要部件回转台进行实体建模,利用ANSYS Workbench对模型结构和模态进行有限元分析,通过对模型加载,分析其强度和振型,为EBZ260掘进机回转台的优化设计提供了理论依据。
The solid model of turning platform which is one of important part roadheader EBZ260 is established based on the 3D software Pro/E. The model is introduced for structure and mode analysis by ANSYS Workbench;Loading on the model and analyzing its intensity and mode shape,provide a theoretical basis for the design of turning platform of roadheader EBZ260.
