摘要
为了保证锤式破碎机锤头工作时的稳定性及工作效率,建立了锤式破碎机锤头的运动微分方程,推导出锤头的固有频率计算公式,设计了相应的计算程序,对锤头的非线性运动微分方程进行了数值解析,并研究了销轴处的摩擦力对摆锤的影响,可为锤式破碎机的设计提供理论支持和参考。
In order to ensure stability and efficiency of hammer crusher hammer work, first establish differential equations of motion of hammer crusher hammer, pushed to inherent frequency of hammer formula, the design of a corresponding computer programthe non-linear differential equations of motion of hammer, numerical analysis, and to study influence of friction on pin at pendulum, and provide theoretical support and reference for design of hammer crusher.
