摘要
介绍了卡绳器滚动摩擦楔形自锁机构的自锁原理,建立卡绳器壁板挠曲变形的数学模型;将计算结果与实验结果比较,结果表明壁板挠曲变形的数值计算结果与实验结果基本一致,证明卡绳器连接部分的设计能够在经典材料力学的范围内解决,为卡绳器设计提供参考。
This paper introduces principle of rolling friction wedge-type sell-locking mecnamsm mat rail clamming devices used, and establishes mathematical model of panel flexure deformation;compared simulation results with experimental data, the results of prove that method above is valid. And the mathematical model can be used to director the device structure design,
