摘要
根据降重设计的需要,详细确定了铸造摇臂降重优化设计模型的设计变量、约束函数、目标函数,建立了铸造摇臂降重优化设计的数学模型。然后,基于ANSYS软件的优化设计模块"Design Opt",建立了铸造摇臂的有限元优化计算模型,经过优化迭代,得到优化设计的结果,实现降重目标。经过优化设计后的铸造摇臂应用效果良好,证明了设计计算方法的正确与合理。
The design variable and constraint function and objective function is determined in optimization design model by the need of reducing weight. A mathematical model of optimization design for foundry rocker arm is founded. Then, the optimization design computation module of finite element analysis for foundry rocker arm based on the module of optimization design of "Design Opt" in ANSYS is set up. The optimization result is got by iteration and the object to reduce weight is realized. Application effect of new foundry rocker arm after optimization is good and the validity and rationality is proved.
