摘要
针对胶磷矿浮选特点,选择胶磷矿浮选中较为成熟的反浮选工艺流程,对昆阳某中低品位磷矿开展了处理量50 t/d空腔谐振式浮选柱半工业试验,在试验中研究了空腔谐振式浮选柱的柱体截面高度、充气量、浮选柱液位和冲洗水量等参数对胶磷矿选别品位的影响,找到了最佳的浮选柱动力参数,为浮选柱设备在胶磷矿选矿中的大规模应用奠定了技术基础。
According to the flotation characteristics of the phosphate ore, semi-industrial test (50 t/d raw ore) was carried to treat a low grade phosphate ore of Kunyang by Cavity resonance flotation column. During the test, the parameters effects of the column height, air flow, pulp level and wash water flow on the phosphate concentrate grade were investigated. After that the optimum dynamic parameters for flotation column were obtained, and it could provide the technical support for the large-scale application of flotation column to treat the phosphate ores.
