摘要
铜兴矿业经过多年开采之后,出现了"采空区多、漏风量大"等不利因素,严重影响矿山安全生产。由于可开采的矿产资源有限,从经济上不宜大规模投资建设新的通风系统,通风系统改造方案应具备良好的经济性。针对此问题,借助Ventsim软件系统构建真三维立体通风系统,并且在系统中模拟矿山的采空区漏风,利用Ventsim系统的可视化效果,解算出矿山通风的重要数据,减少人工的耗时费力,同时提高矿山的安全管理水平和经济效益。
After many years of exploitation, Tongxing Mine formed a lot of mined-out areas with large quantity of air leakage, and the safety of mine is seriously affected by those negative factors. For this kind of mine, the recoverable resources is limited, so it is not suitable to build extensive new ventilation system, and the ventilation system transformation plan should be highly economical. For such problems, a 3D ventilation system is built based on Ventism, which can simu- late the air leakage of mined-out areas and get many important data. The practice showed that Ventsim 3D ventilation simu- lation system could meet the requirement of mine ventilatior Through this system, the artificial time-consuming is reduced, and the mine safety management level and economic benefits are also improved.
