摘要
多媒体语音室在英语教学中能有效支持多种授课方式,是更加方便快捷和科学的教学设备。提高语音室管理员素质,是充分、最大限度地挖掘并运用好这一现代化教学资源、提高教学质量的重要因素。基于此,在分析语音室管理员素质现状的基础上,提出了一名优秀的语音室管理员应具备的素质,并就如何提高语音室管理员素质进行了探讨,以期促进多媒体语音室的可持续发展,满足大学英语教学多元的需要。
Multi-media language lab is a more convenient and scientific teaching equipment which can ettlciently support varieties of methods in English teaching. Improving language lab administrator＇s quality is an important factor to adequately maximize the func- tion of this modern teaching resource. Based on the analysis of the current situation of language lab administrator＇ quality, this research puts forward the essential qualities for this job and the ways to improve them in order to promote the sustainable development and satisfy the diverse needs of college English teaching.
