超声诊断孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层动脉瘤合并胡桃夹综合征1例 被引量：3

摘要 孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层动脉瘤临床极为少见，而同时合并胡桃夹综合征则更罕见报道。本文报道孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层动脉瘤合并胡桃夹综合征的彩色多普勒超声表现，与增强计算机断层扫描成像血管造影（computel-izedtomographyangiography，CTA）对照，并系统复习相关文献，总结诊断要点。
