摘要 例1，男，31岁，因反复意识模糊伴四肢强直4年于2010年12月30日入院。4年前患者无明显诱因出现反复意识模糊，伴四肢强直，伴头晕、心悸，当地医院诊断为“癫痫”，给予丙戊酸钠治疗后效果欠佳，1年前患者就诊于吉安市人民医院，
