乙状结肠巨大胃肠间质瘤1例

摘要 1病例介绍 患并男，30岁，因“腹部间断性疼痛不适1年余”入院，检查：腹平坦，下腹部正中可扪及肿块，质地中等，大小约10×10cm，局部有压痈，无反跳痛，肿块较固定，边界欠清，叩诊实音，腹水症（-），肠呜音正常。直肠指检（膝胸位）：未见明显异常。
