摘要
目的:探讨多烯磷脂酰胆碱对大鼠自体肝移植术后肝细胞增殖的影响。方法:采用门静脉灌注的大鼠自体肝移植模型:A组为多烯磷脂酰胆碱组。B组为单纯大鼠自体肝移植组。C组为正常对照组。比较大鼠自体肝移植术后肝脏组织肝细胞线粒体损伤变化和肝细胞PCNA变化。结果:术后12 h,多烯磷脂酰胆碱组大鼠自体肝移植术后肝细胞内线粒体肿胀较轻,椭圆形,内嵴部分断裂,但仍有少量排列。周围内质网结构尚存。肝细胞PCNA阳性细胞比率为0.87±0.24(P<0.05);较大鼠单纯自体肝移植组(0.75±0.32)增殖较多。单纯自体肝移植组肝细胞内线粒体大小不一,明显肿胀,呈类圆形,内有空泡变性,严重者可见嵴减少、断裂或消失;对照组大鼠肝细胞线粒体无明显损伤,形态可,无异常。术后12 h肝细胞PCNA阳性细胞比率为0.39±0.16(P<0.05)。结论:多烯磷脂酰胆碱可保护肝细胞,通过保护线粒体及促进肝细胞增殖,减少肝功能损伤。对大鼠肝移植术后肝脏恢复起促进作用。
Objective: To investigate the Effect of Polyene phosphatidylcholine for Liver cell proliferation after the rat liver autologous transplantation. Methods: Group A: the polyene phosphatidyl choline group. Group B: the liver autologous transplantation group. Group C: the control group. Comparison of three groups' changes with liver mitochondrial damage and liver cells prolifer- ation ~PCNA). Results.. After 12h, the mitochondria from group A is a little swelling, oval, inner ridge part of the fracture, but most is still normal. PCNA-positive cells in the liver cells ratio 0.87 ± 0.24 (p 〈0.05), which is larger than the group B(0.75 ±0.32). The mitochondria in group B is different sizes, edema, were round, which have degeneration, severe visible ridge to reduce the fracture or disappear; The mitochondria in group C do not apparent damage. The ratio of PCNA-positive cells after 12h is 0.39 ± 0.16 (P〈0.05) in liver cells. Conclusion: polyene phosphatidyl choline can protect liver cells, by protecting the mitochondria and promote liver cell proliferation, reduce liver injury. In rat liver after liver transplantation to restore a facilitator.
